I work with self-pay clients in the state of California, providing online therapy.

My online electronic medical record accepts payments at the time of service.

I would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Initial phone consultation (20 minutes): Free

• Explain your current concerns in a private, safe space

• Explore how I conceptualize your situation

• Briefly discuss an initial plan to address your concerns

Introductory Diagnostic Interviews (50 minutes): $150

• Get more in-depth with exactly what difficulties you are currently facing

• Assess other concerns that might be impacting your current experience

• Investigate my conceptualization of your situation and refine it with your insights

• Mutually create a plan integrating your current situation with my knowledge of change

Psychotherapy sessions (50 minutes): $150

• Based on our collaborative understanding of your situation and the changes you want to work towards

• Generally guided through frameworks of empirically validated therapies

• Completely adaptable to your preferences and needs
